One arrested with Nepali counterfeit notes

KANCHANPUR, June 27: A youth has been arrested at the Indian border market of Banbasa in possession of counterfeit Nepali currency notes.



Harsha Bahadur Chand of Suga-5, Sundarpur was arrested by Indian police along with 14 fake notes of 1,000 denomination.



He has been reportedly kept under custody at the Luhaghat Police Post of Uttaranchal State.
