NTV, NEA triumph in volleyball

KATHMANDU, June 30: Nepal Television (NTV) and Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) won their respective volleyball matches in the First Inter-Enterprises Sports that kicked off Tuesday at the Dasharath Stadium covered hall.



NTV recorded a comfortable victory over Press Council in straight sets 25-15, 25-17 and NEA eased past Nepal Bank in straight sets 25-16, 25-13. Likewise, Udaypur Cement Factory outplayed Cultural Corporation (Sanskritik Sansthan) 25-11, 25-17. NEA Blue defeated Nepal Academy 25-14, 25-8. Nepal Airlines Corporation edged Employees Provident Fund 25-10, 25-11. Janak Educational Materials Center defeated National Sports Council 25-19, 25-13.



The tournament is organized by Public Enterprises Sports Development Association, Nepal.
