KATHMANDU, July 29: The government has formed a 33-member ad hoc committee of Nepal Red Cross Society (NRCS), dissolving the existing Working Committee-led by Sanjeeb Thapa.

A cabinet meeting held on Tuesday took a decision to dissolve the existing Working Committee of the NRCS amid complaints that the money received to provide support to the victims of natural calamities and other grave situations was misappropriated by the office bearers.
