An agreement has been signed between NRM and three schools -- Pushpa Sadan School, Nobel Academy and Goldgen Gate International College -- to share information related to the activities of these schools in Republica.
This is a good initiative to bridge the gap between the schools and the parents of thousands of students in these schools, said Shova Gyawali, director of NRM. "We are confident this initiative would enhance ties between the country´s prominent publication and schools."
Ramesh Kumar Silwal, chief executive officer of Golden Gate, Surendra Shrestha, chairman of Nobel, and RD Rai, vice-principal of Pushpa Sadan expressed their confidence that the new initiative would not only work as a new way of information sharing between the schools and parents, but would also encourage young students to spend some quality time reading newspapers.
Editor-in-Chief of Republica Kosmos Biswokarma and Editor-in-Chief of Nagarik Prateek Pradhan expressed their belief that this latest understanding between the publication and schools would help generate awareness among young students and improve their reading habits.
