Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) in association with Lalitpur Metropolitan Office unveiled three new coins honoring cultural expert Satya Mohan Joshi who turned 100 this May.
Finance Minister Yuwaraj Khatiwada unveiled the three coins of denominations Rs 100, Rs 1,000 and Rs 2,500 on Tuesday at Lalitpur Metropolitan Office, Lalitpur.
NRB has unveiled the coins that featured Joshi’s portrait as the recognition of his contribution to the design of NRB’s coins and notes as per Minister Khatiwada.
