NRB sets exchange rates for various currencies for Sunday

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has determined the foreign exchange rates for today. As per the bank, the buying rate for one US dollar is Rs 135.73, and the selling rate is Rs 136.33.

KATHMANDU, Dec 22: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has determined the foreign exchange rates for today. As per the bank, the buying rate for one US dollar is Rs 135.73, and the selling rate is Rs 136.33.


The buying rate for one European euro is set at Rs 141, and the selling rate is Rs 141.62. Similarly, the buying rate for one UK Pound Sterling is Rs 169.72, and the selling rate is Rs 170.47. The buying rate for one Swiss Franc is Rs 151.70, and the selling rate is Rs 152.37.

The buying rate for one Australian dollar is set at Rs 84.50, and the selling rate is Rs 84.87. The buying rate for one Canadian dollar is Rs 94.32, and the selling rate is Rs 94.74. Similarly, the buying rate for one Singapore dollar is Rs 99.90, and the selling rate is Rs 100.34.


The buying rate for 10 Japanese yen is set at Rs 8.66, and the selling rate is Rs 8.69. For one Chinese yuan, the buying rate is Rs 18.60, and the selling rate is Rs 18.68. The buying rate for one Saudi Arabian riyal is Rs 36.12, and the selling rate is Rs 36.28. Similarly, the buying rate for one Qatari riyal is Rs 37.23, and the selling rate is Rs 37.40.


According to the central bank, the buying rate for one Thai baht is set at Rs 3.94, and the selling rate is Rs 3.96. The buying rate for one UAE dirham is Rs 36.95, and the selling rate is Rs 37.12. For one Malaysian ringgit, the buying rate is Rs 30.11, and the selling rate is Rs 30.24. The buying rate for 100 South Korean Won is Rs 9.37, and the selling rate is Rs 9.41. For one Swedish króna, the buying rate is Rs 12.29, and the selling rate is Rs 12.35. Lastly, the buying rate for one Danish króna is Rs 18.90, and the selling rate is Rs 18.99.


The NRB has set the buying rate for one Hong Kong dollar at Rs 17.46 and the selling rate at Rs 17.54. The buying rate for one Kuwaiti dinar is Rs 440.42, and the selling rate is Rs 442.36. For one Bahraini dinar, the buying rate is Rs 359.74, and the selling rate is Rs 361.33. The buying rate for one Omani Rial is Rs 352.53, and the selling rate is Rs 354.09. Similarly, the buying rate for INR 100 is set at Rs 160, and the selling rate is Rs 160.15.
