Maple-glazed bacon, Panko crab cake, Parmesan chicken escalope, risotto and torteelini from Rox Restaurant’s menu were offered. While the garnishing and presentation of the delicacies laid the first impression, the rich taste of the same lived up to what the appearances promised.
While from The Café, Clay Oven Chicken Tikka sandwich, Nepali thali and Tawa Macchi were presented. The thali incorporated a variety of food items, including both vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian options along with rice. Sweet dish, like Rasgullas and Gulab jamun made at the restaurant itself, comes with the set.
Then, the last, but the best part of the meal, desserts from Rox restaurant, were offered. Chocolate Cannoli, Mango Pannacota and Tiramisu were all equally mouth-watering. Tiramisu gives you a pleasant mixture of tastes of Mascaporne Cheese, cocoa powder and a little bit of alcohol. Chocolate Cannoli, served with a scoop of ice cream, tempts you for another serving. And Mango Pannacota tastes so good and fresh.
