The family members, however, came to know about it only after Nepali had spent one year in jail. The family members are not aware of the reason behind Nepali being jailed in a foreign land. As a result, the family back home is finding it difficult with the uncertainty about their loved one and also due to the financial crisis after the only breadwinner of the family was put into jail.

Jamuna Nepali, the wife of Man Bahadur has been left to take care of four children including two sons and two daughters and an elderly mother-in-law. She has been working as a daily wage worker to run the family and send kids to school.
