Nepali envoy Prasai presents letter of credence to Cyprus Prez

KATHMANDU, July 11: Nepal´s non-residential ambassador to Cyprus, Prahlad Kumar Prasai, presented letters of credence to the president of Cyprus Nicos Anastasiades amidst a special ceremony at the presidential palace in Nicosia.



According to a press statement issued by the Nepal Embassy in Israel, President of Cyprus praised Nepal government´s decision to hold elections in November this year. [break]



 While highlighting the cordial and friendly relations between the two countries, the president wished to work together to promote trade between the two countries and also stressed on the need to conclude bilateral agreement on the Avoidance of Double Taxation, the statement said.
