The Nepali cricket team is scheduled to visit the Caribbean nation via an Indian Airlines flight to the Indian capital of New Delhi and from there, via a British Airlines fight to London as transit route. [break]
According to Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) General Secretary Ashok Nath Pyakuryal skipper Paras Khadka’s Bermuda visa is still due, while the other teammates are awaiting transit visa to the UK. “We will wait until Monday evening. Then we will decide what to do. Anyway, there’s hardly anything that we can do about this,” Pyakuryal said.
"We will be forced to change the fixture if we don´t get the visas by this evening. In that case, our schedule will be pushed behind by one day," the CAN official added. Nepali team is playing a practice match versus Bermuda XI on April 25 before starting the Division 3 campaign on April 28 against the USA.
