KATHMANDU, June 30: Nepali national football team will play a friendly match against India on 31st August. The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) accepted All India Football Federation's (AIFF's) request, according to the football governing body in the country.

However, the venue is yet to be decided. The ANFA has taken the friendly match as part of preparation for upcoming SAFF Championship scheduled to be held in India from December 15.
