Nepal sets target of 150 runs for Scotland

KATHMANDU, Mar 8: Nepal has set a target of 150 runs against Scotland in the ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifier at Bulawayo on Thursday.

KATHMANDU, Mar 8: Nepal has set a target of 150 runs against Scotland in the ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifier held at Bulawayo, Zimbabwe on Thursday.


Nepal won the toss and elected to bat first. Skipper Paras Khadka made 63 runs in 75 balls for Nepal. Khadka became first Nepali player to complete one thousand runs in List-A cricket.

Likewise, Basant Regmi made 24 runs in 51 balls and Sompal Kami garnared 18 runs in 54 balls.  


Stuart Whittingham picked up 3 wickets for Scotland. Likewise, Safyan Sarif and AC Evans took similar 2-2 wickets and Richie Berrington and Tom sole picked up 1/1 wicket for Scotland.
