KATHMANDU, Sept 2: As many as 1,112 COVID-19 patients returned home after full recovery in the past 24 hours across the country, according to the Ministry of the Health and Population (MoHP).
During a virtual press briefing on Wednesday, Spokesperson for the MoHP Dr Jageshwar Gautam said that 1,112 more people who had earlier tested positive for the virus, were recovered in the past 24 hours.
As many as 23,290 COVID-19 patients have been recovered in Nepal as of today. This figure is 56 percent of total COVID-19 cases in Nepal.
Similarly, Nepal witnessed 1,120 new cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours. 12 more COVID-19 related deaths were registered across the country in the same period.
