KATHMANDU, Nov 18: Nepal recorded 1,442 new cases, 3,538 recoveries and 12 deaths linked with the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in the past one day.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 1,442 new cases of COVID-19 were detected while conducting 6,731 PCR tests at various labs across the country in the past one day.

At least 1,038 persons were found infected with COVID-19 in the Kathmandu Valley alone in the past one day, the ministry said.
The country’s coronavirus case tally has reached 212917 on Wednesday.
