KATHMANDU, Dec 26: Nepal Police has instructed its 21 absent employees to appear in the office within seven days with a written explanation.
Nepal Police Headquarter issued a notice on Wednesday, asking them to report to the office within seven days (excluding the deadline for travel) and furnish the reasons for their absence. Nepal Police has warned that they will face removal from service if they fail to report to duty with justified reasons behind their absence.

Among those who did not voluntarily appear in the office are Rambhu Ram of Parsa, Sudeep Limbu of Tehrathum, Binod Basnet of Okhaldhunga, Prem Bahadur Chaudhary of Bardiya, Mukesh Kumar Mandal of Morang, Ramesh Pokharel of Dolakha, Buddhabal Tamang of Makwanpur, and Rupak KC of Kavre.
Similarly, Raju Chaudhary and Mayaram Chaudhary of Dang, Dharma Raj Wali of Salyan, Milan Bhattarai of Rupandehi, Nirjan Thapamar of Udayapur, Yalambar Rai of Sankhuwasabha, Mahesh Shah of Rautahat, Rajendra Pariyar of Baglung, Lokendra Bahadur Thapa of Dailekh, Top Bahadur Singh of Jajarkot, Laxman Bahadur Thapa of Doti, Ranjit Kumar Ram of Morang and Jajarkot, and Tek Bahadur Khadka are also not in contact with the police head office.
