KATHMANDU, July 16: Nepal recorded 205 new cases of COVID-19 along with 51 recoveries infected from the virus on Saturday, according to the information released by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).
A total of 3,090 swab samples were tested for COVID-19 on the day. While carrying out 1,199 individuals for PCR tests, 152 were found infected and 53 individuals out of 1,191 antigens tests turned out to be positive for the virus. There are currently 1,385 active cases of COVID-19 across the country.
So far, 11,952 people have died from the virus across the country.
