Nepal envoy holds meeting with Pak Army Chief Bajwa

KATHMANDU, April 6: Ambassador of Nepal to Pakistan Tapas Adhikari on Tuesday held a meeting with Chief of Army Staff of Pakistan General Javed Bajwa at his office in Rawalpindi.

KATHMANDU, April 6: Ambassador of Nepal to Pakistan Tapas Adhikari on Tuesday held a meeting with Chief of Army Staff of Pakistan General Javed Bajwa at his office in Rawalpindi. 


During the meeting Ambassador Adhikari held discussions with him on matters related to Nepal-Pakistan relations and need to further strengthen it.

Nepal and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan established diplomatic relations on 20 March 1960. Both countries celebrated the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations in 2019. 


Nepal established a residential Embassy in Islamabad in 1962 and Honorary Nepali Consulate General in Karachi in 1975.
