KATHMANDU, Aug 29: As unbeaten India defeated defending champions Bangladesh 4-0 in the final match of the group stage of SAFF U-15 Championship on Thursday afternoon, Nepal has confirmed its place in the finals of the tournament.
Earlier on Thursday, in its last match of the group stage, Nepal registered its resounding victory against Bhutan 5-0 collecting nine points in four group-stage matches.

Nepal will lock horns with India, the table-toppers with 12 points in the group stage, on August 31. India had earlier thrashed Nepal 5-0 in the group match.
The tournament is being held at Kolkata, India.
