KATHMANDU, April 29: Nepal has made it to the final of the ACC Premier Cup after their semi-final match against Kuwait was abandoned due to rainfall on Saturday.
The match played at TU cricket ground saw Nepal score 281 runs on board, losing nine wickets in 42 overs amid frequent rain disruptions. The target for Kuwait was revised to 281 runs based on Duckworth–Lewis–Stern method.

Kuwait was at 37 runs, losing six wickets in 8.3 overs when the match was abandoned.
Nepal entered the final of the regional tournament as Group ‘A’ winner, having stormed the semi-final as Group ‘A’ toppers with seven points from four games.
Nepal will now face the United Arab Emirates in the final on Monday. The UAE secured the final spot by defeating Oman by two runs through the DLS method.
