KATHMANDU, Feb 14: The Dahal-Nepal faction of the ruling Nepal Communist Party is announcing its fourth phase of agitation against the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR) on Sunday.

Bishnu Rijal, a central committee member of the party faction, said that they are announcing the fourth phase of agitation against the dissolution of parliament this afternoon.

At a press conference at Parisdanda, the party faction is scheduled to unveil the fourth phase of agitation at 2PM.

Earlier, the party faction organized general strike, mass gatherings and protest rallies against the dissolution of parliament at various places across the country including the Kathmandu Valley.
