KATHMANDU, Jan 14: One of the two chairpersons of the ruling Nepal Communist Party's Dahal-Nepal faction, Madhav Kumar Nepal has claimed that Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is not in favor of holding midterm elections on the scheduled dates.
