KATHMANDU, Sept 2: Nepali Communist Party (NCP) lawmakers and their personal secretaries will donate 15 days’ salary to people affected by the Bhotekoshi floods.
Chief Whip Yubaraj Dulal said the amount equivalent to 15 days’ salary of the lawmakers and their personal secretaries will be deducted and deposited into the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund.

“We will also collect a lump-sum contribution from local representatives and elected officials across all seven provinces,” Dulal said.
Earlier, the party had decided to provide Rs—2.5 million in relief to people affected by the floods.
