NC parliamentarians to donate two-days salary to victims of storm-hit area

KATHMANDU, April 1: The parliamentarians from the main opposition Nepali Congress will donate two-days salary to the victims of the storm-hit Bara and Parsa districts.

The parliamentary party meeting of the NC held on Monday expressed deep sorrow over the loss by the natural disaster and decided to donate the amount equivalent to the two-days salary of the parliamentarians from federal parliament, according to chief whip Bal Krishna Khand.


Earlier, PM Oli had declared that the parliamentarians representing   NCP would donate one-day salary to the victims while visiting the affected area.
