Through the book, Poudel has shared his experiences as a member of the peasant family and later as the agriculture minister. He has recalled his days when his family brought fruit produces like lemon and orange to Asan, Kathmandu from his hometown Bahunpokhara in Lamjung for sale. [break]
The price of the 188-page book is Rs. 295. It has been divided into two parts and nine chapters and is published by the Budhha Publications. Depicting the present situation of country´s agriculture sector, the book has showed a vision for industrialization through the means of agriculture revolution.

It has focused on giving appropriate value to labour with developing agriculture into a respectful occupation through commercialization and modernization.
Besides, the book has underlined the need of launching agricultural revolution to alleviate poverty and address the unemployment problem and to create a base for industrial revolution.
On the occasion, President Dr Yadav appreciated Poudel for thinking about nation´s economy despite his busy political life. He stressed the need of promoting agriculture to create a base for industrial development.
"It is a matter of concerns that the country is becoming dependent on other countries for food grains", the President said, adding, "country´s politics should be good to place everything in a right position."
Nepali Congress central member Dr Ram Sharan Mahat , CPN ( UML) leader, cooperative leader Keshab Badal, economist Dr Chiranjibi Poudel and Publication´s managing director Nawaraj Bajgain said the book would be a support in bringing the agriculture revolution in the country.
