NC meeting to take decision on Bal Krishna Khand

KATHMANDU, May 11: An office bearers’ meeting of Nepali Congress (NC) is being held today.

After the arrest of party leader and former home minister Bal Krishna Khand in the case of fake Bhutanese refugees scam, the NC is holding a meeting to take the party's official view on the matter.

The meeting will discuss whether to suspend the arrested Khand. On Wednesday as well, the NC held a meeting for about three hours. Since no concrete decision could be taken in the meeting, the NC is holding its office bearers’ meeting today.
