KATHMANDU, Sept 7: The health condition of Nepali Congress Joint General Secretary Mahendra Yadav, who was attacked with a sharp weapon on Wednesday, is said to be stable.
Yadav is undergoing treatment at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) under the supervision of doctors at the National Trauma Center. His health is stable, according to a statement issued by Chief Medical Superintendent at the Center Dr Badri Rijal.
PM’s condition stable and improving: Hospital
Yadav suffered serious injury to his head but no internal injuries were found during a CT-scan. He was brought to the center at 2:30 PM on Wednesday with injuries to his head and neck. He is now kept in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Center for observation.
He was attacked while returning after attending a program at the Reporters Club Nepal on Wednesday afternoon.
