KATHMANDU, June 5: Health condition of veteran musician Amber Gurung is critical but stable.
Gurung, has long been ailing from diabetes, high blood pressure and Parkinson's disease, is receiving treatment at Grande Hospital for the past few days.
Hospital Director Dr Chakraraj Pandey said that Gurung's health is very critical but stable.
He said, "We cannot confirm that Gurung's health would improve and he would be able to return home. He has been put on a ventilator support."
Kishor Gurung, son of the senior musician Gurung, said that although the test has shown that all organs except heart are alright, overall health condition is critical.
Relatives, musicians, leaders and cadres of different political parties among others have reached Grande Hospital to take stock of Gurung's health condition and wish for his speedy recovery. RSS
