NC emerges victorious in mayoral and deputy mayoral races in Madhyabindu Municipality

NAWALPARASI, May 18: Nepali Congress (NC) mayoral candidate Chandra Bahadur Rana has been elected mayor of Madhyabindu Municipality with 10,996 votes, compared to 10,065 votes for his closet rival CPN-UML mayoral candidate Bhim Lal Adhikari.

Likewise, NC deputy mayoral candidate Om Kumari Mahato has emerged victorious with 10835 votes, compared to 10, 033votes for her closest rival CPN-UML deputy mayoral candidate Jog Maya Mahato.
