At the program, Joshi underlined the need for the government to make social security and public service delivery effective so as to obliterate corruption from the root while asserting that corruption was propping up in the country for no leader, leadership and governance system to operate the country in a proper way.
Feted personality Dr KC while stressing on the equal access of general public to quality health and education noted that corruption was nurturing in the country for no visionary leadership in the country. Unless the health and education sector do not get freed from politicization no reforms could be envisaged in both the streams, he added.
