KATHMANDU, Sept 27: Nasi Kumari Shrestha of Kalaiya, has become the second winner of ‘Nagarik Sanga Ko Sambandha’ scheme. Issuing a statement on Thursday, Nepal Republic Media (NRM), the publishers of Nagarik daily, said that Shrestha, with payment slip number 71,863, has won a LG refrigerator through a lucky draw.

The winner was selected from amongst annual subscribers of Nagarik daily under the scheme, the company added in the statement.

According to the circulation department of NRM, new subscribers of Nagarik national daily as well as existing subscribers who have renewed their subscription are eligible to participate in the scheme that covers the entire nation.

Under the scheme, new subscribers get a chance to win either a rice cooker or a pressure cooker as sure-shot price. “A lucky subscriber gets a chance to win LG refrigerator every 15 days,” the company added in the statement.
