Narayanhiti to open for public from Feb 26

KATHMANDU, Feb 12: The government is going to open the Narayanhiti Palace, which was turned into a museum in June, for public from February 26.



According to Lok Bahadur Khatri, spokesperson at the Ministry of Tourism and State Restructuring, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal is scheduled to open the palace-turned-museum amidst a program on February 26.



The government had turned the palace into a museum in June after then King Gyanendra left the palace following the abolition of the monarchy.
