KATHMANDU, Feb 4: Preparations are underway for the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP)’s Oli-led faction’s mass gathering scheduled for Friday in front of the Narayanhiti Royal Palace Museum.

Road dividers from the road in front of the museum have been removed for more space for tomorrow’s gathering.
