KATHMANDU, Oct 16: National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS) has created 63 new posts for nurses and paramedics.
A senate meeting of the NAMS held on Sunday under the chair of its Pro-Chancellor and Minister for Health and Population Mohan Bahadur Basnet took this decision.

As decided, 63 nurses and paramedics would be recruited in contract with immediate effect.
Likewise, the posts for some pharmacy assistants, 30 staff nurses, four electricians, six plumbers and a driver are also approved from the Senate meeting.
Furthermore, three Senate members and three academic council members have been appointed at the NAMS.
The meeting has also approved some other posts at the NAMS.
