KATHMANDU, March 22: Dissidents within Madhesi People’s Rights Forum (MPRF) have defected from the party and formed Madhes Tarai Forum, daily newspapers reported Sunday. The new Forum has formed a 11-member task force under the coordination of MPRF’s former Central Treasurer and chief of Publicity Department Amar Yadav.
