KATHMANDU, Feb 15: Mount Glory International English Boarding School has won the third Deep Jyoti Inter-School Football Tournament defeating New Knowledge English Boarding High School on Friday.
In the tournament which saw the participation of 15 schools from the Kathmandu Valley, Mount Glory bagged a cash prize of Rs 20,000 after the win.
Finishing as the runner-up, New Knowledge received a cash prize of Rs 10,000.
Mount Glory’s Sanjay Lama was named the best player of the tournament, while New Knowledge’s Sujan Malla was adjudged the best goalkeeper.
