At a programme organised on Friday on the occasion of the 38th years of the establishment of relations between Nepal and Morocco, Ambassador Reffouth expressed commitment for providing support as far as possible for the economic progress of Nepal. [break]
On the occasion, he said cultural and trade relations between the two countries would also be given continuity.
Honorary Consular General of Nepal for Morocco, Basanta Kumar Chaudhary, said that it has been long since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries and added that it was necessary to take the cultural relation between the two countries to public-level by exchanging it.
On the occasion, Chaudhary presented the ambassador with an idol of Lord Buddha on behalf of Nepal.Flags of the two countries were flown on the occasion.
