Miss Nepal Khatiwada ends her Miss World journey with top 12 title

KATHMANDU, Dec 8: Miss Nepal Srinkhala Khatiwada has to satisfy with the top 12 title of the Miss World 2018.  

The journey of Khatiwada has come to an end after the panel of judges of the ongoing Miss World 2018 contest picked Thailand from among the three contestants selected from the Asia continent.

In the Miss World contest underway in Sanya, China, three contestants including Nepal, Thailand and New Zealand from Asia continent had been selected.

As the results came out, to Nepal's misfortune, the panel of judges picked Thailand leaving behind Nepal and New Zealand.

Earlier, Khatiwada had bagged the Beauty With A Purpose Challenge award after winning Multimedia Challenge Award, thereby securing a place for herself in the Top 30 of Miss World 2018.

Back in April, she had been crowned Miss Nepal World-2018 surpassing other 24 contestants at the beauty pageant grand finale held in Kathmandu.
