KATHMANDU, Feb 29: Minister for Labor, Employment and Social Security Rameshwor Ray Yadav held a meeting with Prime Minister of Mauritius Pravind Kumar Jugnauth at the latter's office at Port Louis on Saturday.
According to a press release issued by Nepal Embassy in Pretoria, South Africa, the meeting mainly focused on employment agreement signed between Nepal and Mauritius in 2019 and various matters of mutual interests.
During the meeting, Minister Yadav also invited PM Jugnauth to attend Sagarmatha Sambad to be hosted in by Nepal government on behalf of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.

Nepal is hosting Sagarmatha Sambad on the theme of climate change in April.
Likewise, Minister Yadav also urged the Mauritius government to invest in various sectors in Nepal including hydropower, infrastructure, and tourism.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Jugnauth welcomed the invitation of PM Oli and informed that a high-level delectation will attend the Sagarmatha Sambad.
Earlier today, Minister Yadav also called on Minister for Agriculture, Industry and Food Security of Mauritius Mahen Kumar Seeruttun.
Nepali delegation also visited the National Assembly of Mauritius where they were welcomed by House Speaker.
Minister Yadav is currently paying official visit to Mauritius at the invitation of Minister for Labor, Human Resources and Training Soodesh Callichurn.
