KATHMANDU, Nov 29: Foreign Minister Dr Arzu Rana, who is currently on a visit to China, has directed her subordinates to promote Nepali products in the Chinese market. Minister Rana has instructed the staff at Nepal's Consulate General in Chengdu to facilitate the entry of Nepali products such as tea, coffee, and herbs into the Chinese market.
In an interaction with the staff, Minister Rana urged them to promote tourism to make Visit Nepal Year 2025 a success.

She emphasized that the embassy should play a role in strengthening the people-to-people ties on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral relations with China.
Minister Rana arrived in Chengdu yesterday to prepare for the prime minister's upcoming visit. Today, she will hold a bilateral meeting with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi. She is scheduled to return to Nepal tomorrow.
