KATHMANDU, Dec 10: MetLife, a global insurance company, has unveiled two new digital solutions to enhance customer experience. Issuing a statement, the insurer said it has launched 'KITE', a digital sales application, and a new and improved website to help enhance customer's experience.
Celebrating the 17th anniversary of the company, Chairman of MetLife Bangladesh, Nepal and Myanmar, M Nurul Islam launched the digital initiatives, MetLife said in a statement. "KITE is a digital sales application that enables the company agents and financial planning consultants to provide its customers with a seamless and differentiated on-boarding experience.
Customers can now learn about insurance, see illustrations, complete an application form and submit it digitally through the KITE application," the company said in the statement. MetLife Nepal has also revamped its website which, according to the company, will enhance viewer's experience by providing necessary information regarding the solutions provided by the company and other relevant information.
