KATHMANDU, March 17: Chairman of CPN (Unified Socialist) Madhav Kumar Nepal has targeted CPN-UML Chairman KP Oli and said that local polls will punish the reactionaries.
He said that he is confident that the people will reward the progressive forces in the elections.
