He arrived at the venue through a new route dodging hundreds of U-CPN Maoist cadres, who were gathered at Pulchowk area with a plan to greet the prime minister with black flags. Despite that some Maoists managed to demonstrate against the prime minister when he arrived at the venue through a narrow road.
He is scheduled to attend other three programs in the district.
