Tilak Bahadur Mahar of Athbis Dandagaun-2 was abducted by a group of 15 men led by Maoist cadre Garjan at around 2 p.m., according to former Rukum president of UML Khem Nath Khadka.
Mahar was a member of the Rukum district committee of the Maoists before joining the UML recently.
