KATHMANDU, August 2: The Central Committee (CC) meeting of the ruling CPN (Maoist Center) has started. The meeting is being held at the Nepal Academy Hall in Kamaladi.
Although it was said that the CC meeting will be live-streamed, the standing committee meeting on Wednesday morning decided not to go live. The CC meeting of the Maoists will last for five days. In the meeting, Chairman Dahal will submit a political and organizational report.

In the meeting, 387 full central members, 198 alternate central members, 75 members of three commissions and 100 office-bearers of the seven provinces will participate.
