ITAHARI, Oct 20: Police today arrested a man with a huge cache of firecrackers from Naya Bazaar in Biratnagar, Morang.
Badri Narayan Chaudhary was held with 20 bundles of firecrackers (around 28,000 pieces) while smuggling it into Nepal from Jogbani of India, to be sold during Tiher festival when its demand surges, police said.
