KAPILVASTU, Dec 13: A man has been arrested with the contraband brown sugar hidden in a face mask from Bijaynagar Rural Municipality-4, Kapilvastu.
Dipak Kumar Khadka, 23, of Lalmatiya, Rapti Rural Municipality-2 of Dang was caught with 2 grams and 66 milligrams of brown sugar when a police team searched him. Khadka had tried to flee in a suspicious manner when the police tried to stop him for interrogation.

The illegal drug was found in a black fiber mask he was wearing. According to police, it was hidden in a white plastic, tied with a thread inside the mask. Inspector Prem Regmi said that further investigation into the matter is underway.
