KATHMANDU, March 11:  Janamat Party has decided to field Mamata Jha as the party’s vice presidential candidate.

Nagarik Unmukti Party and the Janamat Party have forged a working alliance for the vice presidential election. The two parties decided to make Mamata Jha the candidate for vice president after NUP’s candidate Ranjita Shrestha was not old enough to be the vice president.
