Leaders have said the government’s appeal for postponing agitation made at a time when the protest is in ‘climax’ shows that it is not in favor of conclusive talks.
PM Oli on Friday had written to agitating parties to come to negotiating table. The front, however, has not made public its official view on the appeal.
“The language used in the letter indicates that the PM is against talks,” a leader said, adding that appealing for talks when protest is at pinnacle holds now meaning.
The front, which is in protest since two months expressing disagreement over delineation of provinces, is for taking agitation and talks side by side.
