KATHMANDU, Nov 5: Lord Buddha Education Foundation (LBEF) has collaborated with the Asia Pacific University (APU), a Malaysian university, to run courses on information technology and management.

Organizing a press conference on Thursday, the LBEF's Executive Director Pankaj Jalaan said that it will cost around Rs 500,000 for a student to complete a three-years bachelor's degree course."One important aspect of this course is that students can transfer the credit to Malaysia after studying here for a year," said Jalan.

Likewise, the institution that is functioning in the country for the last 17 years is committed to producing market-ready students, he added.

Gurdeep Singh, the vice president of APU, said that the affiliation was given to the foundation after they were convinced by the quality of teaching and learning of LBEF.
