RAMPUR , June 24: Home Minister Shakti Bahadur Basnet has urged the parties showing discontent on some provisions of the constitution to join negotiations and talks with the government to seek a way out.
Minister Basnet was speaking in the inauguration of the Area Administration Office at Rampur in the district today.

He said that the structure of the local bodies would come within two to three months from now.
He also underlined the need for implementing the constitution in the right way to address the unemployment problem in the country. RSS
